I have a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport that has a Rugged Ridge XHD Front bumper and am looking to make it a TOAD. Can you provide me information on the parts required, base, tow bar, brake kit, etc?

Thanks Harley, the information you provided really helped.
There isn’t a base plate available that’s confirmed to work with the Rugged Ridge XHD bumper on your Wrangler. I confirmed with the manufacturer of the manufacturer if this bumper can be flat towed. Yes, the bumper has d-rings for attachment points, but they are not rated for tow.
In your case, you’d need to switch back to a factory-style bumper to use a standard base plate.
Here’s the parts you would need if you reverted to the factory bumper:
Baseplate for standard bumper - # e98949 installs on the frame of your vehicle to attach a tow bar, adapting it for flat towing.
Tow Bar - etrailer non-binding tow bar # e74ZR connects the car to your RV and comes with safety cables to ensure that the toad does not separate from the motorhome if the tow bar becomes detached.
Braking system - Blue Ox Patriot portable flat tow brake system # BLU37TR activates the brakes in the toad when you hit the brakes in the RV.
Flat Tow wiring - # RM-15267 includes everything you need to connect your RV's tail, brake, and turn signal lights to your towed car.
12 Volt Outlet Kit - When a vehicle is in flat tow mode, you don't have power. So you need a designated 12-volt source like # RM-9332 that goes directly to the battery to keep your braking system powered while flat towing your vehicle.
Brake Light Relay kit - # M-88400 prevents your toad’s brake lights from canceling your RV’s turn signals.
