Hi, I have a 2022 grand design 22MLE with a GVWR of 6995lbs. Which ez-flex suspension kit would you suggest? 6000lbs or 8000lbs Also which bolt on bumper mounted 2 hitch would you recommend for my trailer? Thx.

Hey Hugh, thanks for the information! I checked with Grand Design and you're going to need the 8,000 lbs Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit item # K71-653-00. The 8,000 lbs equalizer matches your current item # A2252CB-GALV equalizer length wise and is also designed for 35" axle spreads.
The Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit item # K71-653-00 includes replacement shackle straps and upgraded suspension bolts.
For a bumper mounted 2" hitch, I recommend our etrailer item # e38HR. This hitch bolts directly to 4" x 4" and 4" x 4-1/2" square bumpers. It has a 3,500 lbs towing capacity and a 350 lbs. I highly recommend checking your owner's manual to ensure your Grand Design's bumper is rated to be used for towing or mounting accessories to.
