Can you tell me what the difference is between the Curt hitch and your hitch for my 2026 Grand Highlander? Thank you.

Hey Jack! That is a great question that comes up pretty often. The Curt # C26VV and our own # e69ZV actually share the same design. The specs are all going to be the same so the main difference is in the finish.
The Curt hitch has a glossy finish and the etrailer hitch has the matte black finish. I prefer the matte black since it does a better job hiding dirt and also tends to blend in better with OEM trim on vehicles. If the finish doesn't matter to you I would go with whichever one is the most cost effective.
What will you be using the hitch for? If you plan on towing, you will also need wiring and a ball mount. If you have the factory tow package you can use the # C55245 and if you don't you need # TK99FR with the powered converter box. For a ball mount that will work with most trailers check out the etrailer Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # e66PR.
