In order to replace the mounting hardware for your Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2"
Item # 13408 you'll want the Replacement Hitch Hardware Kit # RHK. When you go to the page for the # RHK there is a field marked "Hitch Item Number" and you'll put the part number for your hitch- 13408- into that field.
