Good hitch relatively easy install. The only problem I really had was fishing the bolt through the frame. The hole just could have been a bit larger than the spec'd 1/2 inch, but by the time I found that out I couldn't get the bolt back out without losing it so I had to use my dremel tool to open it up some more. Sturdy,with nice paint. Hole for receiver is a little large. Receiver hitch bangs around. Had to put pads in. Yes ,both are 2"22581

Received Trailer Hitch with fast delivery. Hitch is well made. Watched video to help facilitate installation. This hitch will take extra work (had to drill 3 holes in frame rails) but fit was excellent. I wanted a hitch with a class IV rating. The shims under the passenger side were too big and I had to grind one of them down. Also the shim that goes up in the frame rail does not fit and I will have to grind it down to fit the hole. Other than that it looks like a good product121457

Yes, Its mounted safely on the back of the Montana.

This was ordered for a minivan. It was boxed and shipped and came to my house in excellent shape. The video instructions online helped out a lot in the installation. I had no problems at all with mounting this on my minivan. Thanks much to etrailers for an excellently boxed and wrapped package. No hardware was missing. I received all items as listed, packed well and no dings or dents.
Installation went as instructed. Holes drilled and 6 bolts in place, no problem. EXCEPT for the ol blind bolt. This is a real pill and I believe that a shop would modify the hole in the frame to enlarge it to facillitate this bolt installation. I installed this bolt in my garage and ended up drilling a small hole in the two plates so I could hold them in place while fishing (good work for this task) the bolt into position (while not disturbing the TWO plates) and bringing it down through the frame while holding th two plates (still) in position. The wiring started out fine, the "T" went together but routing the wires is another issue. I have the rear air conditioned van and the heat exchanger (radiator) and fan and piping are on the same side as this interconnect. But I will find a way to route this wiring through the chassis to the outside world! 2001 olds van

This was fairly easy to install. The only issue I have is the electrical connector which never locked into the bracket (which I purchased as well). I have to hold it in place in order to attach any connector to it...583369

It looks like the hole in the bracket is 1 3/8 in length. The 4 way connector plug that you are using may be slightly shorter. Ecohitch now offers a 4 way bracket that is a magnetic mount that will keep your plug securely against the hitch. Part # 306-X6019 mounts to the hitch or the vehicle.

It's just a trailer hitch nothing special about it. I do know when you order a trailer hitch from them on line what ever date it tell you it will be delivered when you place your order it's a lie.3286582

Very well made, sturdy trailer hitch, the fitment seems pretty good. Shipped quickly but the box arrived damaged and the hitch was scratched, wish the packaging was sturdier. The installation hardware is excellent, especially the nifty fishing tool for the hidden bolt in the frame rail. The instructions were a bit confusing as to where the spacer blocks are supposed to be positioned, they need to be rewritten. Despite my minor complaints I'm happy with this purchase.402153
