Product arrived as promised. I have a 2007 Buick Terraza so I watched the 2006 Pontiac Montana video. I was totally surprised when I followed the steps this hitch went on perfect just like the video showed. The old bolts were a little tough to get out because of the rust on them. Other than that problem installation took me about one hour. It also looks great too. 42007

I decided on this hitch receiver because of the no drill Install. It's not a hidden receiver, but to me it has a low profile and looks nice on our van. Great product. Installed on a 2005 Saturn Relay. Very solid construction. No welding required, 8 bolt mounts hold this receiver firmly in place, all using existing factory locations. 2 additional mounts on the side of the receiver for the exhaust mount make it easy for later exhaust work without unbolting the hitch receiver.

Delivery was free at the time of my purchase, but I opted for 3-5 day UPS delivery. This and the associated hitch and ball were shipped within the same business day and arrived 2 days later, for a total of 3 business days. I do live near the origin site, so expect longer shipping depending on your location.

Available instructions were sufficient, but the online videos available on the etrailer site were a pleasant addition.

I love that hitch. It was precise fit for my older Chevy Uplander. And I installed the hitch by myself without having any mechanic skills. The instructions Installation video provided on the e-trailer website is amazing. Watched it couple times and I was able to bolt the hitch on the mini van in less than 45 min (without power tools or Jack). Outstanding craftsmanship of the hitch. Precise fit. Installed very easily, the on-line installation video was a big help, and as others have mentioned about the fish wire for the bolts, that was a major part of how easily the hitch went on. Has been on the vehicle about a year, despite weather and road salt, no rust has shown up anywhere on the hitch. The plug-in 4-wire trailer light harness also was a breeze - the slowest part of that was deciding where in the body to secure the wires.513178

I installed this hitch on a 2007 Uplander LS without the benefit of a) a lift or b) any help. It was a 'piece of cake'! My only problem was one with the vehicle - when the right side of the car was welded to the rear component, the match was not exact and the right side frame hole used by the hitch was not totally open. It took about 5 minutes to 'ream' it out and that was the extent of the problem.201938

Great, it only took an hour or so to install-fit the vehicle perfectly.

Got my hitch receiver in 3 days. I was dealing with tennis elbow and was worried about lifting it into position. I used some long bolts to hold it up. Everything fit perfect! Awesome engineering!1194798

The main reason I bought this was to carry the family bicycles without taking up room inside the van on our camping trips. Right after I ordered, I got an email saying it was out of stock in the main warehouse. I paid for 3 day shipping, and they still found it and got it to me in three days. Thank you for the email. I havent had a single problem with either of those two items. The hitch is on a minivan, so I dont do a whole lot of towing, but its so nice to have the capability without the expense of a truck. With the hitch being so easy to install, 1 person in less than 45 minutes, I will definitely be buying my trailer products from etrailer.
