Alright so I still don't know if you have no hitch, a factory hitch, or an aftermarket hitch. An extended hitch isn't really a thing but there are extenders that can be added to your existing hitch. I'll cover both possibilities just to be sure.
If you have the factory hitch you need the TorkLift Tie Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front and Rear # TL86FV. If you have an aftermarket hitch you need the TorkLift Tie Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front and Rear # TL99NR. You will also need turnbuckles like the TorkLift Locking FastGun Turnbuckles # TLS9522-2-LK.
If you don't have a hitch and need to add one you can use the Curt # C15703. This is a Class V receiver with a bolt-on installation. Then for an extension you can use the Curt Hitch Extension and Reducer for 2-1/2" Trailer Hitches - 24" to 34" Long # C45048. This has various capacities depending on the length you use. You will also probably need the TorkLift Wiring Harness Extension # TLW6032.
If you have a factory 2" hitch you're more limited on extender options. The Trailer Hitch Extender for 2" Hitch Receivers # e48YR will give you an 18" extension. Make sure to measure to see if this will get you the clearance you need. Keep in mind, an extender like this will cut the capacity of your hitch by 50%.
For steps I recommend the TorkLift GlowStep Camper Scissor Steps w/ Landing Gear like # TLA7804-8000. To find the right steps you will need to measure the distance from the mounting point to the ground. These particular steps fit an entry height of 31" - 38". If you have a different measurement let me know and I'll find the right steps for your setup
