The Victron MultiPlus II # VN43VR you're looking at can replace many of the functions of your Magnum MS2812, but there's an important difference with the AC connections.
The # VN43VR has one AC input and two AC outputs. Since you mentioned your current setup uses two 30 amp AC inputs and two AC outputs, the MultiPlus II would not duplicate that configuration.
If you need to retain two independent AC inputs and two AC outputs, I'd recommend the Victron Quattro II Inverter Charger # VN42VR instead. The Quattro II has two AC inputs specifically so it can accept separate AC sources, such as shore power and a generator, and automatically switch between them. It also provides two AC outputs.
The # VN42VR is a 12V system with 2,400 watts of continuous inverter output, 5,500 watts peak output, a 120 amp battery charger, and a 50 amp transfer switch.
Neither Victron would be a direct wire for wire replacement for the Magnum, so some changes to the existing wiring and controls will be necessary. But based on the two input and two output configuration you described, # VN42VR would be the Victron option I'd recommend over # VN43VR.
Are your two existing 30 amp inputs coming from shore power and a generator, or are they both being supplied from the same AC source?
