Question:
Are there any weight distribution hitches that can be used in conjunction with this hitch? I do not want to use a gen y hitch because I will be towing a variety of trailers 2-13K lbs. If I get the one rates for my heaviest tongue weight I will have zero of the benefits for most of my other trailers. I cannot use the shocker air equalizer because there isnt enough . If this hitch wont accomodate a WDH, are there any that will that still provide 6-8inch of ?

Hello again Colton; the Curt Rebellion XD # C83WR is not compatible with any weight distribution hitch. Since the Shocker Hitch models don't have enough of a drop for your setup the only solution is going to be the Gen-Y. I don't know of any other products out there that will cover such a wide variety of trailers with a single ball mount.
Your best bet would be to use the # GY72NR for anything with 400 lbs - 1,100 lbs of tongue weight and the # 325-GH-1125 for the larger trailers with 1,200 lbs - 1,700 lbs TW. This doesn't cover anything below 400 lbs of tongue weight but honestly you probably don't need the shock-absorbing function towing those lighter trailers.

Hey Colton, how did things work out with the Gen-Y ball mounts for your range of trailers? Your results could really help others trying to balance different tongue weights with one setup.
