Will this work on my 2023 Nissan Rouge and the e93ZR hitch?

Yes, it will! The etrailer Hitch item # e93ZR has been confirmed to fit the 2023 Nissan Rogue. It is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver so it will work great with the Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack item # TH83JV. If you max out the capacity on the bike rack you'll only be at 172 lbs which is well under your Rogue and the hitch's tongue weight.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C44ER and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
