Do you Carry the Knob for the Redarc Tow Pro V2 Model?

Updated 11/17/2025 | Published 12/24/2024

Question:

Im hoping you can help me. Im in search of a replacement redarc EBRH-ACCV2-RH or replacement outer casing since the casing on mine is missing on the remote head unit that you install into the dash of a vehicle. Without that casing I will not be able to use my Tow-Pro elite and no I didnt buy my Tow-Pro eliteEBRH-ACCV2 through you. I bought it second hand not realizing that without casing. I wouldnt be able to install the system fully without it.

Hello Ernest,

We are just here to help with any questions people have, regardless of if they bought the parts through us or not. Unfortunately, we no longer carry the knob for the V2, they have upgraded to the V3 model and we have sold out of all our V2 stock. The V3 Knob is not going to work for you as the back plug in is totally different. If you do a Google search for that part number, it looks like there are a couple of companies out there that still have some old stock on their shelves. I hope this helps.

Either way, I am glad you found us. Please do not hesitate to come back if you ever need help in the future. Happy Holidays to you and your family, from your new friends here at etrailer!

Hey Ernest, were you able to track down a replacement casing or remote head for your Tow-Pro Elite? Knowing what worked could help others trying to keep their older V2 units going.
