Hi Dan; I can definitely hook you up with a hitch and wiring for your 2025 Ford Maverick. For a hitch I recommend the Curt # C84BR. This is a Class III bolt-on hitch that comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
For wiring I have two options for you. If you want to add a 4-way use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C59DR. If you need a 7-way then we have the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK95VR. If you need a ball mount to go with your setup check out the etrailer Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # e66PR.
