Good product. Etrailer was responsive with my questions. My hitch receiver came fast and was mostly straightforward to install. Used it the next day and it worked as it should.

It took me 1 1/2hrs to install by myself (jack stand as 2nd hands)..
Apart from receiving the box almost destroyed. The hitch was very easy to install. We had the necessary parts out of the way and the hitch installed in about 30 minutes. Couldn’t have been happier. etrailer is my go to provider when it comes to anything trailer related. If i have any issues they are all really to assist.

Install was easy and installation video was very helpful. A helper would have made the install a piece of cake but even an old geezer managed by himself.
I have not installed the wiring kit to date but I would trust etrailer.com if I decide to do it myself.

Fit perfectly and installed according to directions. Only hiccup was removing the exhaust pipe hanger (not in instructions so threw me off for a few minutes trying to understand). Otherwise looks like it’s good quality, nice welds, feels solid.
The biggest selling point for me was the video instructions for installation. It installed exactly as described.

The hitch fit my truck and the installation video on the etrailer website was very helpful.
Installation on my 2024 Mavrick Hybrid was straight forward. It only took about an hour to complete two guys.
It was easy to install I did it myself laying on the ground the fish wires were great the hardest part was trimming panels
