Availability of Replacement Remote for Patrick BLT-999A-2 Fireplace

Question:
I have an electric fireplace model No: BLT-999A-2. There is not brand on the unit and no identifying numbers other than what I found in the manuel. The problem is the remote has stopped working. How can I replace the remote.

Hi Gaylene; I'm sorry to say there are no replacement remotes, or any other parts for that matter, available for the Patrick BLT-999A-2. Unfortunately, the only way to get a remote would be to replace the fireplace with the # 324-000068.
