Recommended Replacement AC for a Dometic Duo Therm

My Dometic control box mod is 3312226.000. Will this be compatible with it?

Unfortunately, no, Jeff, the Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Dometic Setup # ACDOM150B is not going to work with your Dometic Duo-Therm 3312226.000.

This AC will only work with specific control boxes (3107541.009 and 3107541.017), so with your control box not being one of those it's not going to be a good fit.

If you needed a replacement air conditioner, you'd have to swap the entire setup with the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System # ACM135C.

Is there an Advent 15000 btu with a remote thermostat, either wireless or wired?

@JeffW Jeff yes there is. You can check out the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System # ADV64FR which has a 15k Btu cooling capacity and includes a remote that can be mounted to the wall or used remotely.

@BryceD I'm sorry to be a pain. Is that remote wireless then? I also need it in black and a start capacitor if recommended.

@JeffW No pain at all! Sorry to say the remote is not wireless, but for a black unit with a start capacitor you'd want to go with the Advent Air Low Profile RV AC w/ Air Distribution Box, Start Capacitor, and Heat Strip # ASA78YR. This also includes a heat strip you can use to take the edge off during frosty morning.
