  I have a solution for you, but the Valterra # A10-0900 is going to be the tallest jack stand that we have available. I recommend using one or two of the Stackers Leveling Block # A10-0917 under this jack stand to give you enough clearance to easily release the tension bars and remove them from your weight distribution hitch.   The Out of Stroke error message on the Lippert Ground Control system, such as # LC358590 indicates the jack has extended as far as it will go and has maximized it's extension. To clear the error you can extend all of the jacks in the system at least 6 inches. Then press and hold the retract button until the jacks start to retract.   I believe you're looking for something like the Lippert 3.0 Ground Control 3.0 system. Unfortunately, Ultra-Fab doesn't offer a product that would allow you to individually control 4 separate jacks. The only product we offer that would do that is the # LC358590 Ground Control 3.0. Another option would be to use two of the Ultra-Fab # UF39-941705 Power Twin II, but you'd also need leveling blocks like # A10-0918 because both feet on each stabilizer jack are controlled at the same height.
