I was told that this would arrive on Tuesday, it did not. It came on Wednesday. This caused me to have to reschedule my customers install. Other than that, it arrived in great condition.
Installation was pretty easy to replace my Coleman Mach. I love how quiet the unit is, both inside and outside, and it uses much less power. My only criticism, based on experience from my RV tech will be servicing the unit and cleaning the evaporator coil, which will be a little more difficult.

I am in love with this unit. The install was very easy and it keeps our bunkhouse cold. It is so powerful that we can leave the door open and it helps cool the rest of our RV as well. This was an amazing decision for our families need. Thank you
Very nice. Wish it had Bluetooth or WiFi option. Sound level wasnt as quiet as I feel people allude to unless it is at or close to temperature and it ramps down. Odd that it never shuts off in auto.

The A/C works as intended and is much quieter than the old unit that was replaced. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 b/c it was supposed to arrive on Wednesday but showed up on Friday.
installation was easy, runs so much quieter than the other brand and loving the soft start. Putting the thermostat in the remove was a great idea.

As promised, it is MUCH quieter than our old air conditioner. This aspect gets a full five stars. BUT... Its Air Distribution Box is poorly designed. In our camper, its directional vane can aim the airflow towards the head of our bed, or the middle of our bed, or the foot of our bed. There's no way to aim the airflow anywhere else! This makes sleeping a challenge! Before we go camping again I'll need to build some sort of air baffle out of cardboard and attach it to the ceiling (somehow) and reinforce it (somehow) so it doesn't come crashing down on us. What a nuisance! I sincerely hope Furrion changes their design so the airflow can be directed at more angles. If they'll do that, I'll upgrade in a heartbeat!
It uses less power and would be an excellent choice for off grid camping.
As always I had excellent service from etrailer staff! Fast delivery. I installed 2 Furrion Chill Cube AC units in my 2015 Keystone Cougar 338 pat. Installation for both took about 3 hours. Actually a pretty smooth install. No major issues. As far as performance, Wow what a difference! Working better than I could have hoped! A big thank you to etrailer, your team and to Furrion for making a product that does what says it will do!
So far the air conditioner is pretty impressive. I have not gotten to use it because the shipping dates got confused which is nobody’s fault in particular, but I was pretty impressed with the ease of the installation of this AC unit versus previous several I have installed I like the remote control aspect and I think it’s going to work out really well for my situation
I just received the Furrion Chill Cube 18,000 BTU RV AC, well in-advance of when it was predicted to be shipped. So, I am ecstatic! Now, I'll be able to install it prior to our 1st camping trip of the year. Yay!
Thank you Etrailer for the help in ordering our Furrion chill cube to ensure we received the everything we needed the first time. The order arrived one day early. I installed the unit on our 2022 Paradigm 385FL. What an amazing difference in the reduction of noise between this unit and the old Colman Mach 3 that was installed originally.
Always happy with etrailer but Lippert is another story. Was very pleased with the chill cube when arrived. Then the error codes started. With a call to tech support, I was informed I would have to pay a tech to verify the issue or take some readings myself in order to start the warranty process. As an electrician I decided to get the readings myself and confirmed it was the condensing fan motor. Warranty kicks in and will cover the flat rate charge for the motor install but I'm on the hook for whatever the tech charges to come to my location. As of today, July 14th, the motor is on the way. I do not want to give up on the chill cube but I think a few things need to be reviewed.
I like my chill cube, only problem I have is ( not Etrailers fault) when it was delivered I have a cracked shroud and I would have had to return the unit in order to chance getting one that wasn’t cracked but decided to live with it. But trailer was very helpful with the process of picking right Furrion for my needs
i was excited to get the chill cube to replace my loud bu tworking dometic 13,500 btu unit. the tech had it installed in less than 2 hours. it is much quieter than the dometic, however does NOT put out as much cold air as the dometic. i could stand under the dometic and actually had to move away because the air was too cold! the chill cube is way quieter, has a bunch of cool features,runs on less amps( which is a major reason to get it since i run the trailer off a bluetti apex 300 with a server rack expansion battery) but the air coming out isnt as cold as i would like. still works good though.
Installation was easy. Unit works well but could not keep up in my horse trailer/camper in 97 degree heat and full sun exposure. Insulation in trailer is only 1" dense foam beteween aluminum outer and inner, but was still hoping for more cooling from an 18,000 btu unit. Do like the soft start, easy to run with a 4500 watt generator which was also running lights, fan, fridge, etc. Only used for two weeks so far, no problems or leaks despite several heavy downpours. Overall, happy with ourchase.

Glad he was able to help get you set up and that the install went smoothly, and you’re right, the quiet operation is a huge upgrade. Before you grab a second unit for the front, I’d just want to double check your setup to make sure everything plays nicely together. Some of these systems are designed for single zone control, so depending on how your RV is set up, you may need a specific configuration or components for a second unit. If you want, we can take a quick look at your current setup and make sure you’re getting the right match for the front so it all works exactly how you want it to. What unit are you replacing in the front?

The Furrion Chill Cube 18,000 BTU AC is still going strong! Very efficient and extremely quiet - it was everything that I had hoped it would be. And the installation was a snap! I do not regret buying this in the least. If you are on the fence as to whether to buy it or not, rest assured - its worth it!
