Do you have a TIPM bypass for trailer circuit for 2004 Dodge Ram with Tow package?

Hey Robert,

You can bypass your TIPM by installing a wiring kit like the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C55504, which is going to get your light signals directly from the lights instead of going through the TIPM system. From there you can install a 7-way with the # ETBC7. It will have a matching plug for the # C55504 and then you'll run a wire to the battery for power, one to the cab for the brake controller, and the ground wire to the frame.

These harnesses will be totally separate from the TIPM system so you'll avoid all the issues that it causes.

Does this work with 2004 Ram with a tow package with a circuit coming from the TIPM. My shop was concerned it could change the current through the truck circuit and further damage the TIPM??
