In order to get a fully complete Thule T2 Pro XTR bike rack # TH83JV you would need the following parts:
Replacement Spar Tube Assembly for Thule T2 Pro XT - Black # 7524703001
Replacement Spar Tube Assembly for Thule T2 Pro XT - Black # 7524703002
Replacement Front Wheel Holder for Thule T2 Pro Platform Bike Racks # 8528023001
Replacement Rear Wheel Holder Assembly # 7521682001
The hardware for installing these parts would also be needed but you'd need to reach out to Thule directly for that.
