Question:
I have removed the two bolts in the shaft but I cant get the add on to slide out of the rack. I have missed another bolt or screw to remove? Thanks.

Other than the two bolts in the shaft the only thing left to be done when trying to remove the 2 Bike Add-On for Thule T2 Pro XTB # TH9036XT would be to loosen the linkage using the hex key. The linkage is threaded into the center bolt hole below where the Add-On piece slides in.
If you have already done that as well, then you are not missing anything else that needs to be removed. It is likely binding up from shifting around during use. Try moving it around and trying to remove it with different angles/pressure spots. You may also find it helpful to use some sort of lubricant like a WD-40 and wiggling the add-on back and forth while trying to slide the add-on out.
