  Hello Jerry. Unfortunately the 2 bike add-on for the Thule T2 TH916 is no longer available. The add on, part # TH916XT has been discontinued for quite some time. We sold our last one back in 2011. If you are in need of a 4 bike rack, you will need to purchase a new rack. One like the Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack for 4 Bikes # TH69TX is a great option that will be similar to your T2 Classic.
