I’m looking for a 4”gooseneck ball extender for my 2500 ram pickup. 2019. It has a bed liner. Do you have anything g that will work?

The correct offset gooseneck ball for your Ram is going to depend on the model of your gooseneck hitch. We offer the following options:
Curt Double-Lock Gooseneck Hitch # C602
B&W Turnoverball # BWGNXA4085
Reese Hide-A-Goose # 19308
Ram OEM puck system # C68ZV
As for the liner you may have to trim it where the plate holding the hitch ball sits because it's likely going to be too tight to pin in place with the liner between it and the bed.
