Hey Eric, the Curt Multi-Fit Ball Kit w/ 4" Offset for Chevy/Ford/GMC/Nissan Underbed Gooseneck Hitch # C68ZV is not going to work with your Ram, unfortunately. This one is only going to work for select YMM (Year Make Model) Ford 250-450s, GMC Sierra 2500-3500s, Chevy Silverado 2500-3500s, and Nissan Titan XDs.
You'd instead want to check out the Curt RockerBall Multi-Fit Ball Kit w/ 4" Offset for Chevy/Ford/GMC/Nissan Gooseneck Hitch # C78ZV which is going to be the same thing you're already looking at, but is going to work with your OEM pucks.

Why wouldn't this work for this gentleman? It specifically states for ram OEM puck systems
