Question:

I have a 2024 GMC 3500 with OEM puck system. I use a Gen-Y Gooseneck to tow my fifth wheel. Is there a goosenect ball for this OEM that can give me a little more height. I saw BandW but its not for the GMC OEM Puck system. Any advise would be helpful. Thanks!

None of the options for the prep package are specifically designed to add height. Depending on the ball you have now you might be able to get a little more height out of the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit # BWGNXA2061. The installed height of this gooseneck ball is 5-3/4".

If you can stand to have an offset then the Curt RockerBall Multi-Fit Ball Kit w/ 4" Offset # C78ZV actually sits the highest. This has an overall height of 11-3/4" so it will sit approximately 9" above the bed when installed. The # C68ZV is slightly shorter at 10-3/8" overall but again it has the offset.
