Hello Mike. The Curt CrossWing # C86JR is a 5th wheel hitch that will attach to the industry standard above bed 5th wheel rails. The Curt Multi-Fit Ball Kit w/ 4" Offset # C68ZV is made to be used with the OEM puck system in a Ram, Ford, GMC, Chevy or Nissan pickup truck. These are two completely different mounting systems so the CrossWing and the offset ball cannot be used together.
