The Curt 4" Offset Ball for Double-Lock Gooseneck Hitch # C602 unfortunately isn't a fit for a factory gooseneck/puck system, but you can use the Curt Ball and Safety Chain Loops Kit for Ram Underbed Gooseneck Hitch - 30K # C60618. If you're looking for an offset ball for some extra turning clearance then you can go with one of the following offset ball options:
Gen-Y Hitch - 5" Offset # GY83XR
Curt RockerBall Multi-Fit Ball Kit w/ 4" Offset # C78ZV
Curt Multi-Fit Ball Kit w/ 4" Offset # C68ZV
