Solution for Needing Wedge of Replacement 2 inch Hitch Shank Adapter part # 8880612

Question:
I am looking to buy the wedge spacer in 8880612 picture attched... I just lost only this part and I hope there is a way to buy only the missing piece. The shank has a hole That fits M8 screw, so I assume my Bike Ridge rack was made after November 2015, please confirm as there are some contradicting info in the QandA.
