Not, the Curt item # C13420 or the etrailer item # e45ZR no. The only hitch that can be installed on the 2024 Kia Telluride that does not involve any cutting or trimming is the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver item # 391KIATELL20.
The Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver item # 391KIATELL20 is custom fit for the 2024 Kia Telluride and bolts to it with included hardware. It has a removable receiver which is why it does not require any trimming of the fascia.
If you want to tow with this hitch you'll need to add the Towing Kit w/ Ball Mount and Trailer Wiring for Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver - 2" Ball item # SH53GR. The receiver included with the item # 391KIATELL20 is only meant for accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers.
I have linked an installation video below so you can see how to get this hitch installed. At the 12:30 point you'll see the receiver being connected and notice that the fascia beneath the video is not trimmed or modified in any way.
