Recommended E-Bike Rack w/ a Ramp for a 2" or 1-1/4" Hitch

Question:
I am considering RockyMounts MonoRail Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2 Hitches - Wheel Mount. My eBike weighs 52. I need a bike ramp to get it onto the rack. What do you recommend?

Expert Reply:
Not the Monorail item # RKY10004 because there's no ramp for it and it's a wheel mount. For your set up, I recommend the Yakima OnRamp Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes item # Y36FR. This bike rack not only has a ramp but it is built into the rack itself so you do not have to store it inside your Camry. It has a 66 lbs per bike capacity and fits tires up to 3-1/4".
Additionally, the OnRamp item # Y36FR secures the bikes using padded clamps with ratcheting straps that grip the frame or seat post. This avoids any potential damage if your bike/s have fenders.
I have linked a review video below so you can see the features of this bike rack demonstrated.
The Yakima OnRamp item # Y36FR is available for 2" hitches and item # Y96FR 1-1/4" hitches.

Hey, how did the Yakima OnRamp work out for loading your 52‑lb eBike? That built‑in ramp seems like it would make a big difference. Your feedback could really help others choosing between these racks.
