Question:
I have a 2020 Freedom Express SE travel trailer and I can not figure out what leaf springs I need. I know they are 26 inches long, and I assume a 2000 lb weight capacity?

Hey Matt,
The GVWR of your trailer is 7,500lbs so it's more likely that you have 3,500lb axles. To closest option to this would be the etrailer 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 4,000-lb Trailer Axles - 26" Long # e22YR. I would definitely take a look at the axle tubes to find the axle tag sticker and confirm the weight capacity before purchasing a new set of leaf springs.
If the axle tags are gone or painted over then you can measure the diameter of the axle tube with a caliper # PTW80157 and look on the face of the hub for a part number to see what the other suspension component capacities are to narrow down the capacity.
You'll also want to measure the springs while the trailer is lifted by the frame. If you didn't do this just let me know the new measurement as well and I'd be happy to help.

It turns out I need 25 1/4 in spring, but you all sell 25 1/8th in springs? I assume that's close enough that it would not matter?
