Question:

Hello! Hoping you can help me with a replacement part for my Yakima RidgeBack 4 bike rack. I somehow managed to lose the parts that the red speedknob screws into to wedge into the tow hitch. I have the knob and the square cuff that goes into the hitch, but can no longer connect them together. Can you help me figure out what parts I need? I can send photos if that would help. Yes, we do have exactly what you need with the two parts you asked about, the SpeedKnob and Shank Adapter:

@Shao-powL Yes, it does sound like both are needed from your description. The wedge is with the SpeedKnob and then the wedge spacer - connects the SpeedKnob wedge and adapter - comes with the replacement shank adapter.
