Hi we bought a used hitch but I can’t determine the model # bc the sticker is gone. Can you tell me what parts I need to buy to be able to attach hutch to our 2015 Toyota four runner. It did not come with a pin

You'll need the Yakima # Y07235 hitch pin. From what I can tell, it looks like that's the only thing that's missing from your rack.
