Ive damaged the tilting U-Bar assembly on my Yakima RidgeBack Tilt-Away Hitch Bike Rack, SKU: #8002458. Is it possible to get the u-bar assembly, including securing holders and straps, without the rest of the hitch bike rack?

The U-Bar of the Yakima RidgeBack 4 Bike Rack # Y02458 is not available as a replacement part. You will need to replace the entire bike rack if that or any part of the main mast is damaged.

I would love to but the Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier item #Y74ZR you purchased already comes with a locking anti-rattle hitch pin. It does a great job of reducing rattle and also secures the system to your hitch.
