Hello Ross, thanks for reaching out. For the etrailer Swivel Jack w/ Bolt-On Mounting Plate # e22ZV the distance from the bottom of the pipe mount bracket to the bottom of the jack when fully retracted is 8". I edited a picture to illustrate. Let me know if there is anything else you need.

Hey Ross, how did the etrailer swivel jack work out for you with the retracted height info provided? I'm curious to know if it helped you with your setup, as it could be useful for others in a similar situation.

In the second video on the e22ZV page around 5:48, it is measured that from the bottom of the plate to the center of the round mounting location is 16", but here you show 8" (which if we add in the roughly 2" to get to the center of the mounting location gets us to 10"). Is the video for a different jack than the e22ZV? The video presenter states it's for the e22ZV in the first few seconds, but looks significantly taller than your diagram above, and the diagram in the e22ZV page that shows 10.25" for the distance from bottom of plate to center of mounting ring.

@Brian Yes it looks like that video is showing the etrailer Swivel Jack # e54RV, not the # e22ZV. I think that video is more a general review of that whole line of jacks, not just the one model. Sorry for any confusion.
