Grand Design lists an 86-1/2" 3,500 lb axle for your Imagine 2150RB. The next size up would be a 5,200 lb axle like the # e45GR. This has the same 86-1/2" hub face measurement but the spring seat is different. You will need to cut off the spring seats and weld on # TRSS300 to match your current 68-1/2" measurement. The CE Smith U-Bolt Kit for Mounting 5.2K to 7K, Round Trailer Axles # CE23003 will be required as well.
For a hub and drum assembly you can use the # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K. These work with the TruRyde Electric Trailer Brakes - Self-Adjusting # TRU96FR. You will also want the Mounting Bolts and Hardware for 12" Brake Assemblies # BRKH12. Since new hubs means a different wheel bolt pattern you will have to trade out your wheels as well.
We also have an all in one Dexter option with the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes # 8327816-EB. This comes with the hubs and brakes so you would only need the U-bolts and the new wheels. Like the other axle, the spring seats don't match so those will still have to be moved. Keep in mind, even if you upgrade these components you won't be increasing the capacity of your trailer.

Robin Thanks for the info. What axle would I need (part#) if I wanted to go with #3500 axle. I am almost 100% sure it's bent but want to measure and look when weather straightens out here. I'm assuming I could reuse spindles and brake drums on new axle. Also please give me bearing numbers and seal numbers. I installed CRE 3000 and wet bolts last year along with cross braces. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks, Roy
