Question:

I have a 2017 dodge ram 3500 dually with an 8 foot bed and I need a 3.5 - 4 foot hitch extender, I may also need the weight distribution system, can you send me part numbers also, I need to know the weight of each item, as you know campers are close to the max a lot of the time, I dont want to go over

Hey Kevin!

In order to use an extender that long we'll need to get the TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum Trailer Hitch Receiver # TLD1108-30 installed on your 2017 Ram 3500 Dually. This then enables you to use the 42" TorkLift SuperTruss Hitch Extension # TLE1542 which installs in both the TorkLift and your OEM receivers. There are some shorter extenders you can use with a single receiver, but for the extension you're needing you need the TorkLift setup.

Then for a weight distribution system you can't go wrong with the Equal-i-zer system like part # EQ37100ET rated for 600 lbs - 1,000 lbs loaded trailer tongue weight. If you have a different loaded tongue weight please let me know and I'll be more than happy to help you find the right system for your trailering setup.
