Can I use this plug and play harness to run to the front of my Ford Maverick to use as the brake/tail light connection for my RV for flat towing?

The only part of the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C59DR you would be able to use to run the wiring for your flat tow setup on your 2024 Ford Maverick is the tail light connectors. You will need to connect the diodes and wiring from the Wiring Kit # RM-15267 to the wiring on the connectors. Be sure to wire the diodes to prevent the power from back-feeding to your Maverick.
