The best hitch for your 2025 Ford Maverick is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C84BR because it has the heaviest weight rating and installed right behind the cutout in your bumper so you get a clean looking installation as well.
To wrap up your towing setup you'll also need the Curt T-Connector # C59DR and then I recommend picking up the etrailer Adjustable Ball Mount # e66PR. The wiring gets you the basic 4-Way wiring needed for trailer lights, and the ball mount gives you a LOT of options when it comes to height and hitch ball size so you'll be able to tow a wide range of trailers with this solution.
