Does this replace the rubber grommet? Mine keep deteriorating and falling apart.

The Mounting Flange for Optronics Uni-Lite Trailer Lights # A11PB can replace a rubber grommet but is made of ABS plastic so it wouldn't form a watertight seal. If your trailer needs a watertight seal then you'll need the rubber grommet for a 3/4" diameter light then you'll want part # OP64FR for a wall thickness up to 1/8" or part # OP44FR for a wall thickness of 1/8" up to 1/4" thick.
If you go with the # A11PB you would need to purchase some gasket maker and run a bead around it for a watertight seal.
