Camper Tie-Down Fitment For A 2024 Ford F-350 Dually With An 8' Bed

Question:

I ordered a 2024 f 350 dually with an 8 foot bed. You made a comment in your Q and A that the tork lift rear tie down would work provided the truck did not have a factory receiver. Not sure what factory receiverinch means. Or what other options were available Thanks

A factory trailer hitch receiver is just a trailer hitch from the manufacturer. If you're referring to Bud's answer then the wording is a bit confusing, but what he was saying was that you would need a factory receiver and no under bed steps. There are heavy-duty replacement hitches for certain trucks, like the TorkLift SuperHitch, which have mounting locations for the rear tie-downs so that's why a factory hitch becomes a sticking point on whether a tie-down will fit.

The TorkLift Talon Camper Tie-Downs # TLF2021A and # TLF3008A will work for your 2024 Ford F-350 as long as you don't have running boards or steps under the bed of the truck and you have the standard trailer hitch that comes from Ford. To complete your setup you can also use some turnbuckles like part # TLS9020.
