Does Truck Bed Remove to Install HappiJac Tie Down Anchors on 2005 GMC Sierra 3500

Can this be installed with the bed on? It appears holes are required through front of bed and down through bed to frame. Please confirm the front support attaches between the cab and bed with bolts the the support and stabilizer inside the front of the bed.

You do not need to remove the bed of your truck to install the HappiJac part # LC182906-182971 that you referenced. I found a copy of the install instructions for this part number (see attached pictures) and there's no mention of the bed needing to come off of the truck.
