I have a couple of options for hitches for your 2001 Ford F-450 cab and chassis depending on whether or not you want a 2" receiver or a 2-1/2" receiver. I have listed both options below:

2" Hitch - Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C15445

2-1/2" Hitch - Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C15845

If you are wanting a hitch that has both a 2" and a 2-1/2" receiver then you will need the TorkLift SuperHitch Original Trailer Hitch Receiver item # TLF1003.
