Question:
The Ram 3500 electric jack on my camper will not allow my tailgate to open when connected to my truck and the jack head cannot be rotated. Do you carry an electric jack that allow the head to rotate 90 degrees? Thanks!

I do have a recommendation for you rather than replacing your Jack # EJ-3520-BBX with one like the Bulldog # BD500199 which can be mounted sideways. You can switch to a longer Ball Mount # BH20 or Shank # EQ90-02-4600 to move your hitch ball further back. This means no matter what trailer you are towing you have the additional clearance. To verify the ball mount or shank is going to work you will simply need to compare their length against your current unit to ensure it gains you enough clearance.
