Yes, you can use the Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank # EQ90-02-4600 with a Reducer Sleeve # 325-GH-007 on your 2022 Ram 2500.

I do highly recommend using a Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-062 to remove the excess play from the receiver to the hitch. Having the reducer does create more play than a single ball mount.

To confirm if the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-062 will fit your 2022 Ram 2500 you will need to measure the area behind the collar on your Ram. The outer edge to outer edge of the square u-bolt is 5-1/8" across. If this clears the chain hooks on your Ram you will be able to use this to remove the rattle from your receiver. I have included an image to help you see the dimensions of the square u-bolt.
