After installing a longer ball mount shank what us the best way to extend the electrical extension?

Hey Todd. The best way to extend your 7-way connector is to use the TorkLift Wiring Harness Extension item # TLW6021. This is essentially an extension cord for your vehicle's 7-way connector. It measures 24" long.
Or you can purchase the 6' Long 7-Way Molded Trailer Wire Connector item # H20044 and the 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector Socket item # TS34RR and make one however long you need to.
