I have a blue ox BX4370 Ascent tow bar. Will this fit without anything additionally?

Yes, it will. The Curt Custom Base Plate Kit item # C68FR will work with a Blue Ox Ascent Tow Bar item # BX4370 without the use of an adaptor or any additional parts. This base plate is confirmed to fit the 2023 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.

Wiring Harness - Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit item # RM-15267. This diode kit allows you to use your Jeep's tail lights and wiring system while preventing feedback from your RV. This kit will come with a 6-way socket for your Jeep as well as an adapter cable to go from the vehicle to the motorhome.
