95 dodge ram 3500 with a utility bed and without the factory bumper but it’s pretty close to one, I want a heavy duty class V hitch for it.

A custom-fit hitch like the # C15318 is designed to fit the standard long and short bed 1995 Dodge Ram Pickup. I'm sure the utility bed was added to the cab and chassis model so none of these will work. What you can use is a universal hitch like the # 41990-07.
This is a Class V hitch with a max trailer weight of 16,000 lbs and max tongue weight of 1,600 lbs. It has a 2" receiver and 7" tall brackets. We recommend taking it to a certified welder since it requires a weld-on installation.
