Everything you need comes in the box, including the complete hardware kit and installation instructions. Year later and the hitch still looks good. The only issue that Ive had is the chain loops are a little thick so getting the hooks through can be a little challenging. Nice heavy duty receiver.

Thank you for your review. Depending on how off the hitch is from the bolt holes, it sounds like it is slightly flexed. I have attached a help article with tips on how to fix this. If it is more than a half inch off then please call us at 800-298-1624.
