Fit of Curt Class V Receiver # C15318 on 2002 Dodge Ram 3500 with 8 Foot Bed

Question:
the click on says fits dodge with 6 foot bed. I have a 2002 dodge ram 3500 one ton with a 8 foot bed. Will this hitch fit it? Thank you

The highest capacity hitch available for your Ram would be the Draw-Tite Class V, part # 45010. The hitch has a 1200 lb tongue weight/ 12,000 lb towing capacity.
Due to differences at the rear of the frame members, the Curt Class V hitch you mentioned will not fit your 2002 Ram with the 8 foot bed, which I have confirmed with Curt.
