While we do not have an exact replacement for the Winnebago tail light 152070-01-000 you may be able to fit the Fusion LED Hardwired Trailer Light # OPT74NR. This is a 4" round light with the similar red an white lens allowing it to act as a tail light, brake light and reverse light similar to your current light. As I see your light fits into a recess you will need to check the dimensions to determine if this light will fit in the opening. If it does not fit please let me know the measurement of your current light along with any images of how the light is mounted in your camper.
